Learn to Kite in Baja Paradise!
Here is a glimpse into your 2 day kite progression:
Day One: 3-3.5 hours - Includes a ground lesson to cover safety followed by a tandem body drag session with your instructor in the water with you.
Day Two: 2.5-3 hours - During this water lesson you practice flying the kite while body dragging. Later, we’ll introduce the board, then get up and riding with your instructor supporting you from the beach via two-way radio.
Please note that for your benefit we sometimes complete this 6 hour course in 2 or 3 days depending on wind conditions and skill level.
At checkout you will be asked to submit information including the dates that you will be in La Ventana. We will be in touch to schedule exact days and times of your lessons a few days prior to your arrival based on forecasted wind conditions.
On the day of your lessons please bring sunscreen, a great attitude, bathing suit, and your wetsuit + water booties if you prefer to use your own.
We’ll suit you up in our clean gear including wetsuit, helmet with two-way radio, impact vest, harness, kite, bar and board.
