Playa Central Windsports has been teaching kiteboarding in La Ventana since 2010, wingfoiling since 2018, and parawinging since 2025.

Our beginner camps include professional instruction and are designed to help students progress quickly in a fun and supportive atmosphere. Specialty camps, like the Adventure Foil Camp, are geared toward experienced riders who bring their own gear and want to maximize time on the water while exploring the incredible coastline of Baja.

Whether you are brand new to the sport or looking to take your riding to the next level, a kiteboarding or wingfoil camp in Baja is one of the best ways to accelerate your progression.

 

A Typical Day at Camp

7:00 AM – Coffee or Sleep In

Wake up slowly and enjoy your morning coffee—or sleep in and recharge.

8:00 AM – Morning Yoga

Start the day with a gentle yoga session at the villa.

9:00 AM – Chef-Prepared Breakfast

Enjoy a healthy breakfast prepared by your private chef.

11:00 AM – Time to Ride

Head to Playa Central for a wingfoil or kiteboarding lesson, or jump on a downwinder shuttle for a fun 2.5-mile ride.

1:30 PM – Lunch on the Beach

Relax and refuel with lunch at Playa Central while enjoying the ocean view.

2:00 PM – Afternoon Session

Continue progressing with coaching or simply enjoy another session on the water with your new friends.

5:00 PM – Poolside Happy Hour

Head back to the villa, shower off, relax by the pool, and share stories from the day.

6:30 PM – Explore La Ventana

Head into town for dinner and experience the vibrant food scene that has made La Ventana one of the world’s top wind destinations.

Evening

Sunset cocktails, live music, stargazing, or soaking in the hot tub before another epic day on the water.
